Yandex 360 expands its on-premises service line
Yandex 360 has released local versions of Tracker, Wiki and Forms. We examine what the launch means for hybrid business infrastructure.
On 29 June 2026, Yandex announced local editions of Tracker, Wiki and Forms in its Yandex 360 for Business line. The services can run in a company’s own infrastructure or dedicated environment when applications and data cannot be placed in a public SaaS service.
What is available locally
The task-management, knowledge-base and form tools join existing on-premises editions of Boards, Browser for Organisations, Disk and Documents. Yandex says that local editions will develop in step with their cloud counterparts. Mail, Calendar, Messenger and Telemost are planned by the end of 2026.
A vendor roadmap is not a delivery guarantee. Buyers should distinguish currently available functions from future plans and verify the support terms for the version they intend to deploy.
Who may need on premises
Local deployment is commonly considered by organisations with internal data-location requirements, closed networks, specialist integrations or tighter administrative control. It is not automatically safer than cloud delivery: the customer gains control but also takes responsibility for servers, updates, backups, monitoring and administrator access.

What to verify before deployment
- System requirements and supported virtualisation options.
- The upgrade process and expected downtime.
- Directory, single-sign-on and user lifecycle integration.
- Logging, permission separation and data export capabilities.
- Vendor and customer responsibilities for vulnerability remediation.
- Backup and tested recovery of configurations and business data.

Takeaway
The expanded local product line reflects continuing demand for hybrid infrastructure among Russian businesses. On-premises delivery provides control over the environment but does not remove architecture work: system owners, upgrades, integrations, availability targets and an exit plan should all be defined before rollout.
